The adventure begins!
Current unit of study:
Gothic Arcitecture: Chimerras

Students will be sculpting a 3-D Haute Relief with a partner
Concepts to be explored:
Relief - sculpture that pertrudes out from the surface
Bas - low
Haute - high
Armature - skeletal structure to build upon
gargoyle - architectural downspout
chimera - architectural guard or guardian

STUDENTS NEED TO BRING IN NEWSPAPER AND CORRIGATED CARDBOARD TO USE!
